I was in the class of 87.I left NH in the summer of 86 just before my senior year. I now have 5 kids and am married to a very wonderful girl named Lisa. I have been employed, since 1989, with Kansas City Power and Light Co. I have gotten a little chubby and gray since I last saw many of you but that comes with old,old,old,old age. I am very interested in hearing from any of my old classmates. I was also wondering if there have been any talk of a reunion. My brothers Travis and Ninker, and my sister Buffi still live in the Concord/Penacook area. My little brother Tommy Gene now lives in Las Vegas. IF any of you feel like chatting, get in touch with me, I would love to rehash old times.

hello old friends from m.v. I just stumbled across the web page. it's great to hear how everybody is doing. well long story short I have a wonderful wife of 9yrs,two beautiful children annie (10)and tanna (3)(a hellion just like his dad.)and a big hairy dog named kimo. we've spent most of our years traveling. we came back to N.H.about a year ago,but I think my wife and kids got accustomed to the tropical weather so it looks like were headed south to florida next. well I will be sure to check out the updates on everybody. I'm currently living in Niceville, FL with my wife and 8-yr old daughter. After spending the past four years in Germany it's nice to be back in the states enjoying everything we took for granted before we left. Like the sun, for instance. I'm still working for Unisys Corp, though now as a configuration manager for software development projects. My latest extracurricular activities include managing my daughter's soccer and softball teams, and dabbling in selling real estate.

After graduating, I attended Plymouth State for a year before transferring to Idaho State University. I ran track and cross country (our team had two Olympians, I was not one of them) and received my BA in Journalism. While at school I did a lot of hiking, skiing, and whitewater rafting. I traveled a lot also and had a really great time.
Right now I'm back in Concord, attempting to start my own graphic design business. I have also been coaching the Track and Cross Country teams at Bow High School. In 2002, our girls Cross Country Team won the State Championship.

After graduating from the stellar educating facility know as MVHS, I joined the Marines. Was discharged after Desert Storm and didn't know what to do. Enrolled at Plymouth State and was introduced to a wonderful sport called RUGBY. Played for 3 years before I was asked to leave Plymouth. Didn't have any direction so on a whim, I moved to Switzerland to ski. That lasted 2 years at which time I moved to Squaw Valley, to ski. Skied there for a few years and decided to move to Maine with a buddy from college. Still I had no direction in my life. So I re-enlisted in the military, this time the Navy. Was introduced to a wonderful lady who I later was lucky enough to become her husband. We've been married two years and I can't wait for the next 30 years. Life in Cali is great, except for home prices. Hope all is well with the class of 87. Please let me know about the next reunion, since I missed the others. Take care......

After graduation I got married and had my first child. Shortly after that I divorced and kept busy taking care of my son and bettering myself in my career. I got remarried in 1995 to a wonderful man, Bob. We have two children of our own. The children are Donald (1989), Jacob (1996), and Rebecca (1998). We are really enjoying bringing these three up in Concord. I still keep in touch with some of our fellow classmates that are in the area. I really enjoyed the last two reunions and can't wait for our next one. I heard from a couple of people recently that saw my name on this page. It was good to hear from them, can't wait to hear from more people.

I graduated from UNH with a BS in Psychology and immediately continued my studies in Education. After receiving my Masters degree in Elelmentary Education I promptly moved to Miami, Florida (thank goodness I paid attention in Spanigh class) to begin teaching Gifted Education. I currently teach 21 fifth graders all extremely bright, keeping me on my toes. I volunteer as a counselor from girls who have been sexually abused and direct an Academic Excellence after school program. I own a beautiful home in a suburb of Miami and share my life with my soulmate, who is also a teacher. We have 5 furry children; two cats and three dogs and when we are not spending our time running them on the beach we are birding, ocean kayaking, or traveling. The culture, diversity, theatre, and arts of Miami make it an extraordinary place to live. Rarely do I visit NH, although I get a weekly weather update from my Dad. It has been quite enjoyable watching this web page grow and the increase in the number of bios. Keep updating...it is interesting to track people's lives through cyber space.

Much has happened after graduation. After working for several years I joined the US Coast Guard and had the wonderful opportunity to be a member of a rescue that would later be known as the "Perfect Storm". (yes they made a movie about it.) In 1996 I met and married my beautiful wife Jill and we were blessed in 1999 with the birth of our daughter Justis who is now 5. In 2000 I opened my karate school, now known as Penacook School of Karate. I became involved with the Dillman Karate International organization headed by a famous teacher who owns Muhammad Ali's Training Camp and have recently been promoted to the rank of 7th Degree Black Belt. In August of 2002 I set a world record by breaking 2148 boards in 31 minutes for St Judes Hospital, I have been featured in Black Belt Magazine, a TV Documentary and just recently National Geographic. I travel around the world teaching.

Former exchange student at MVHS, so I only spent one year at the school. I lived with the Cornells in Boscawen, and had a fantastic year in NH, which I will never forget.
Since 1987 I have been travelling quite a bit. I have worked as a guide in Italy, Romania, Turkey, Austria and even in a summer camp (Fresh Air Fund) in Fishkill, NY.

Today, I am back home after 13 years of living in Florida, where I met my husband, a now retired firefighter named Chris. I have a 23-year old stepson named Chris Aaron, who was married in 2005. In Oct. 2006, Chris dragged me back to NH, where we now run a Bed & Breakfast in my hometown, Andover. MVHS has undergone MAJOR surgery--drove by just the other day--it is HUGE-MONGOLOUS! Good to be back home.'

11-30-07 Hey there, well I missed the 20th reunion, fell off the mailing list I guess. Not too much has happened within my life, its been pretty calm and relaxing. After graduating from MVHS I attended the NH Technical College in Nashua and received a degree in Electronic/Mechanical Technology, which I’ve barely ever used, and as a side note never did become that "maker of nerd robots". Since 1992 I’ve worked for Osram Sylvania Automotive Lighting in Hillsboro NH, within the manufacturing area. In my personal life not too much has changed, I’ve been living in Concord NH since graduating college and have never married, also have no children. I guess you could say I ended up the confirmed bachelor, hence that calm and relaxing..hehe. What the future holds I have no idea, I take things day by day, my license plate reads “NORUSH” and that pretty much states how my life progresses. Take care everyone and perhaps I’ll make the 30th reunion. If you want to drop me an email now and then go for it, I have plenty of time on my hands :)

We have a beautiful daughter Felicia Rose (Jan. 00) and two incredibly handsome TWIN BOYS Zachary Nicholas and Joshua Oliver who completed our family perfectly this past February (05). In my former life (pre-kids) I was a paralegal for a small lawfirm. Greetings! Can we truly be creeping up on a 20 year reunion?! In that time, I married (15 years this September), had a bunch of kids (6 of them! Ages 12yrs - 2 yrs) and now chase them all over town from dance class to softball to drama to soccer to ice hockey to basketball and field hockey and just about anything else you can name!
My husband is Peter. He is a sawmill owner in Salisbury, NH. In spite of our busy schedule we try to keep things simple...really!
