Now Living In: the mountains of western NC (again)
After graduation,(and yes I did make it)I joined the Air Force and for 20 enteresting years I traveled the world while raising a family. I married an outsider, a gal from Concord named Madolyn Lemieux. It has now been over 46 years of marriage and 4 wonderful children that I can look back on a wonderful life and ahead for all the things we still have to share. Life in the Air Force was a challenge to put it mildly, never enough money but then, never had any anyway. I worked on fighter Aircraft on the Automatic Flight Controls Systems. (Auto-Pilot) In 1977 I retired to Phoenix. Finding it way to hot, we moved to western NC in the mountains. This is where we called home for over 21 years. I started a home remodeling business and a dealership for modular homes. My wife and I have been working together in business all the while. Real neat having your best friend with you everyday. After we had everything the way we wanted it...we thought...The grass got to look a lot greener in upper-state NY. Our move coinsided with my son's retirement from the Navy. After 2 years of remodeling our "retirement" home and helping my son do the same on his house, we decided to sell and move to known pastures again......Sooooo it was back to Asheville, NC. Traveling and moving was a part of our lives in the AF so it was easy. Where has all the time gone? Many a time my grandfather would say to me down in the bog, "Enjoy life for it is so short" He was right again...I would like to hear from any of my classmates.....Chic

In high school, Dick and I were sweethearts and married soon after graduation. We were blessed with three wonderful children: Catherine, Michael and Benjamin. We now have 6 grandchildren ranging in ages from 5 to 18. We have lived in the same house in Canterbury for the past 42 years. We are now retired and enjoying every minute of it. Your Web page is going to be a lot of fun and we are looking forward to hearing/ reading about other classmates.

My brother, Peter and I grew up in Penacook. We attended school at Charles Street,
Summer Street, and graduated from PHS. Last year, as a Christmas present, my brother gave me a subscription to the Penacook Village Times. I left Penacook in 1958 to enter the military. After the service, I attended William Paterson University in Wayne, New Jersey. My wife Donna and I live in Hewitt, NJ, surrounded by the Ramapo Mountains and just off a beautiful, seven mile long body of water called Greenwood Lake. W have one son and three grandchildren. We still visit New Hampshire twice a year. I attended the reunion in 1993 and both of us are looking forward to the 2000 celebration.
